Kids are welcome to bring their books, coloring supplies, or toys to play with while you get your workout in. We do ask that all children stay out of the main workout area for safety of the children and members.
Yes! We love to meet CrossFitters from other towns. There is a $20 drop in fee. Check out our schedule page to find our class times and feel free to contact us with any questions!
Most of our CrossFit classes range from 8-12 people depending on the time you come. Sometimes there are as few as two to four people in a class and on occasion there may be u to 18.
Your instructor will guide you through a warm up, followed by some dynamic stretching. You will the be briefed on the WOD (Workout Of the Day) where you will also learn the movements for the day. Then we move into the workout of the day also known as the ‘WOD’. Following the workout, depending on the day, you may have a skill or strength component and end with a cooldown stretch/mobility time.
Our goal is to have you understand the real VALUE of CrossFit and not just the cost of it.
