Mandy is the owner and coach at Cloud Peak CrossFit, where she’s been coaching for eight years and building a thriving community centered on growth, grit, and connection. What started as a personal fitness journey quickly became a calling — she fell in love with how CrossFit challenged her both mentally and physically, helping her gain confidence, friendships, and strength that carried far beyond the gym. Mandy leads by example, striving to inspire others not just through movement, but through how she carries herself in all areas of life. Her favorite workouts include DT and power cleans, though you won’t often catch her volunteering for strict handstand push-ups. Outside the gym, she’s a wife, mom of two busy boys, and an outdoor enthusiast who loves reading, sunshine, and rodeo.

Cori has been coaching CrossFit for eight years and brings a calm, supportive presence to every class she leads. Her philosophy is all about balance — pushing athletes to improve while keeping things approachable and fun. You’ll often find her coaching with a smile and a word of encouragement, helping members discover their own strength and confidence. Her favorite movements are toes-to-bar and hang cleans, though you won’t often catch her volunteering for snatches! Before CrossFit, Cori served as a police officer — a career that built her sense of discipline and resilience, qualities she now channels into her coaching. Outside the gym, she devotes her time to faith, family, and her dogs, always striving to be “a constant work in progress.” “The sun will rise tomorrow, and who knows what the tide will bring.”

Brett’s journey back to CrossFit began after his first child was born — what started as an effort to get active again quickly became a life-changing commitment. After years of letting work and travel take priority, he rediscovered the power of consistency, community, and challenge inside the gym. CrossFit reignited his competitive drive, improved his health, and reshaped his mindset — helping him make better choices in every area of life. Now, as a coach, Brett’s mission is to give back to the same community that helped him transform. His approach is thoughtful and individualized, focusing on helping each athlete move better, feel better, and reach their unique goals. When he’s not coaching, Brett is a husband, dad to his son Lander, and a multi-business owner who loves strategy, problem-solving, and helping others achieve success — both in fitness and beyond. *(Fun fact: he was once featured on the TV show House Hunters!)

Kaleb is one of the newest coaches at Cloud Peak CrossFit, but he brings a strong background in movement and performance from his career as a physical therapist. He’s been doing CrossFit for about five years and loves how it challenges him to stay fit, disciplined, and always improving. Coaching came naturally — as a PT, Kaleb already helps people move better every day, and CrossFit gave him another way to share that passion. His coaching style is patient and detail-oriented: he believes in focusing on one thing at a time, giving clear cues, and allowing space for learning. His favorite movements include toes-to-bar, hang cleans, wall walks, and overhead squats, while thrusters and devil presses sit firmly on his least-favorite list. Outside the gym, Kaleb co-owns Sheridan Physical Therapy and is currently remodeling his home — with plans to spend more time fishing, hiking, and snowboarding once the dust settles.

Jon has been coaching CrossFit on and off since 2019 and brings a great mix of experience, humor, and focus to every class. He loves helping people achieve goals they once thought were out of reach and watching that confidence carry over into everyday life. His coaching philosophy centers around precision and patience: “Control the little things. Small hinges can swing big doors. Move well before trying to move a lot.” Jon enjoys hero workouts, gymnastics, and running — though he’ll tell you the Echo Bike isn’t exactly his best friend. Outside the gym, he’s a husband, proud girl dad, and commercial trucking broker who spends as much time outdoors as possible, often bowhunting or chasing his bird dog through Wyoming’s open country.
